The Most Extreme: Disguise episode on the animal planet channel featured the top 10 animals that are masters at disguise.
- mimic octopus
- walking sticks don't just look like twigs
- leafy sea dragon
- caterpillars
- hognose snakes plays dead, even emitting a smell that can trick flies
- decorator crabs attach pieces of their environment to their exoskeletons
- banded sea snakes create optical effects when they swim
- Arctic foxs change their coats for the winters (heavy white) and the summers (thinner brown/black)
- lyre birds can vocally mimic any other bird and thing, even chainsaws and gunshots
- snow leopards' pattern lets them blend in with their environment
