mammals fart, like this whale that was caught on film. but fish? apparently, they do, for communication purposes. Fast Repetitive Tick (FRT) is what the biologists have called the sounds and air that emanate from the anus of herring fish. so that's how they communicate. in a way, we do the same, except that it comes from our mouth. read about it here. you can even listen to these FRTs.
