i went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium this weekend and saw their awe-inspiring exhibit of jellyfish. my favorite jellyfish are the comb jellies. also in this exhibit were these glass sculptures using plasma discharge lighting made by Cory Marcheschi, who is teaching a neon/plasma sculpture-making class at the famous Pilchuck Glass School. this class will also teach how to use radio frequency to charge up electrodeless neon.
